wonder if ASX has straightened out their defence yet? You know whether they’ll confirm or deny their own handwritten notes that admitted they had no evidence for the suspension?....it’s amazing you think they have a strong case. How does ASX honestly know a judge won’t see anything they or ASIC “found” after illegally suspending ISX as completely fabricated or tainted? This is the same judge that already called ASX’s behaviour a fishing expedition pre the discovery documents and there gold. Their position is so precarious only you can’t see it.
