So why hasn't ASX settled yet? If ISX had such a compelling case ASX would settle?

What's more likely is the case will run out of steam.

ASX are going for costs security over ISX with that continuing in a couple of months.

That does not strike me as a party looking to settle. Its says to me ASX wants to be sure, via sn interluctory order, there is ISX cash to pay its costs if/when it wins the case.
