It's worth noting that tests that are successful in mice may not necessarily be successful in humans (I believe it's approx: 33% translates to human to some degree, 50% it has no effect and 17% it is harmful- please DYOR)
Nonetheless- successful animal trials are an important and necessary precursor, and a huge leap in the right direction.
In terms of optimal trading/investment strategies- that's up to the individual. I'm an optimist: if PoC keeps delivering, I expect to take some profits soon after human trials are announced (at least cost out) and ride the rest.
