Looks like I am going to be the one to state the obvious.

In my opinion the decision by the former CEO's Mr. Dinardo and Mr. van der Made, and the Board at the time as well as Mr. Mankar and Mr. Osseiran to create licensable IP and quietly releasing it to market in 2020 while focusing all the public attention on the production of the AKD1000 engineering samples and then the AKD1000 commercial chip has been a master stroke.

On any view of interviews and documentation released by Brainchip it is first and foremost an IP licencing company made in the ARM mould. So when it released the AKIDA IP as a commercial product in 2020 it had become a commercial enterprise however Brainchip kept insisting that focus needed to be on the release of the AKD1000 chip.

In doing so it has effectively given the AKIDA technology an at least 16 month head start over any possible competitor and if we take the statements by Mike Davies and others at Intel at face value that they are 3 to 5 years away from releasing a commercial Loihi chip by the time Loihi reaches the market AKIDA technology will have been in the market for 4 years and 4 months.

As I pointed out in the 16 months that the IP has been available Brainchip have already announced finalised IP deals with Renesas and MegaChips and EAP's with Valeo, Ford and NASA. They have also released strong evidence of a more than passing acquaintence with TATA and DELL Technologies. All of these companies have had the AKIDA IP Brainchip's commercial product while all the world is left waiting for the release of the AKD1000 chip to offer proof of life and start educating the world about "what's a neuromorphic chip anyway'. All the so called clever analysts have been left looking like a bunch of clowns fooled by the magicians slight of hand.

Any student of first to market advantage can in my opinion see just how clever and strategic the management and Board of Brainchip have been since the appointment of Mr. Dinardo. I well remember the comment by him regarding Ms. Julie Stein a then Board member of Brainchip who came to the Board after he was appointed that she was a 'great strategic thinker' well all I can say at this point is we have been exceptionally well served by the Brainchip team over the last several years and that 2022 looks like the year it all comes together.

Congratulations Brainchip past and present you deserve all the success that comes to you as a result of your service to shareholders.

Hey FF, I think Brainchips IP became available commercially in May 2019, so has been available now for some 31 months. That even more significantly highlights your point. Cheers for the new year to you and your family and all the other chippers - bring on 2022
