Let's look at this simplistically, you.. as a builder laying footings for sheds and your granny flats... your correct no one will care if you put it in the paper.

If however YOU were to build a multi million footing and foundation that is critical to success of the remainder of the building and future prospects THEN no doubt your funders, creditors, clients I'm certain would want progress and safety reports!? But YOU are not building these are you? And YOU are no longer a client or funder....just another salty....
