Mt Eliza is a great place and yes I would absolutely love to live there. I'll try out the Red Gum BBQ this week. Can't wait.
Check out Donato's in Mornington, used to be a fully functioning herb farm, supplying many restaurants down the peninsula & into Melb They still do the herbs but mainly as a side thing for the cafe / restaurant. Great food great vibe. Great if you have kids as they have a large lawn. They have great jazz bands playing on Sunday's and you can pick up a nice red or beer to drink.
