Coal supply cannot meet Demand, page-11

Speaking to my brother today in Mauritius. He’s wife has family in South Africa. He told me that there are 100 trucks each side of the Mozambique border which are coal transporting as the railway company is only delivering to Richards bay terminal every second day.
The locals are stealing the rail tracks quicker than they can replace them. He said the roads have all been damaged. Just passing on from the horses mouth.
I knew SA would go backwards but I never thought at this rate as the infrastructure in 1990 was huge.
