I am wondering if anyone knows whether world leaders consider fuel cells as an immediate way to address global warming. I have little understanding of how the carbon credit system that Leaders are talking about introducing can have an immediate effect on gas emissions. Does anyone know how fuel cells would fit into this system of carbon credits if at all?
