If people are keen to buy or sell on the OTC, sometimes there isn't the volume to correct the price on the day. It usually roughly balances out in the end.
SYR on the ASX went up a cent while the SYAAF went down 7c yesterday closing the gap. The OTC is still slightly ahead of the ASX ($1.81 v $1.89) using the current exchange rate but it will still follow which way it is trending on the ASX.
