The reason why the share price of Nido has been going down is because the Top 20 shareholders have been lightening their load the whole year.
The following is the total number of shares and percentage of total the Top 20 held as at 31 March 09, 30 June 09 and 30 September 09 respectively:
608,969,947 (57.94)
589,743,271 (56.11)
528,574,565 (50.30)
Also the number of shareholder is getting increasingly fractured, with the total number of shareholders increasing at each of the quarterly dates:
