Super that you are getting the good benefits of pain reduction and increased functionality.
Hmm what about suggesting a slower regime? Instead of the top ups once per month, why not start out at once every 6 months? Or even when the pain starts to seep back? Definitely do your research but that's what I would be thinking. Agreed there is a large difference in the dosing and MOA of both routes to admin. but unless longitudinal studies are performed using iPPS specifically, we can really only guess the cumulative effects as an average, if any, of iPPS specifically.
If one is having to take PPS in any format, always better if you can minimise the dosing to achieve a positive effect. Any drug (natural or otherwise) or even food needs to be in balance. (My thoughts).
