Coal producer are suppose to sell 25% of the production for domestic power plants. It appears to be a government restrictions for the producers to adhere to rules. Coal producers may be taking advantage of higher international prices. I don’t think it will have material impact on international prices in medium terms. It is projected that coal demand will continue for medium term and prices will continue on elevated levels.Thanks.
