    Morning all,

    here's a thought

    Why not buy BG out of the jv

    That would be a put up or shut up moment

    I note that we don't know the terms of the jv, but most commercial jv's have a buy me, buy you get out clause, and if there is not one, someone should hang

    I would like a summary from CTP as to both sides options, at least we the OWNERS of the co would then know where we stand
