A cap raise now is a bad idea imo. I’ve never seen one yet that doesn’t kill the share price momentum just like it did to CNB just over 12 months ago. If you don’t need to raise right now (which we don’t) let the share price run. More decent grade hits will only keep the share price moving up. As I stated previously a cap raise at $3 is much preferable to one at $1.50. Raise the same amount with half the dilution.
I have a feeling management feel the same way. I seem to recall at their most recent AGM it was stated that one of CNBs best attributes was the low SOI, let’s keep it that way.
