R3 Brian Moller up for re-election
R4 confetti ............ • 57,692,308 fully paid ordinary Shares at an issue price of $0.052 per Share; and
• 27,634,616 quoted Options at an exercise price of $0.12 per Option, each expiring on 25 September 2023
R5 yearly additional 10% dilution.
Shareprice looks to have been beaten down so the dilution at .052 doesn't look as bad. IMO
