So neutralise and prevent transmission mean the same thing?
If the vaccine didn't neutralise covid, it would rampantly replicate in your body. Until your immune system via the vaccine neutralises covid in your body, it can replicate and you expel it and it is transmissable. That is why when you are tested positive, you have to isolate.
