    i am a Alita shareholder, CEO and BODs have not done their due diligent and fiduciaries duties. Why didn't the CEO and BODs raise money thru shareholders by CR?????
    Question is why let Alita into insolvency? Didn't the CEO and BODs not know the company's debt to pay and take action to avert a total shutdown and sold it cheaply to the chinese company. The CEO and the BODs should be hauled up by ASIC and FIRB for explanation/investgation. imo
