It is possible to do a 'In specie' transfer. Enquire with your broker/trading platform...
In specie is a process of transferring investment funds or shares without actually selling the underlying. investment product (between platforms or from retail funds into a platform).
Note, an 'In specie' transfer will trigger a CGT event (if a gain occurs).
The transfer is meant to be at current SP.
I suggest you contact your accountant for definitive advice for your specific situation.
