Makes me wonder if shareholders in the past have given MD/board the remit to be this frugal. If it was, time to revoke it.

Actually he did never display this "frugality" on the Peru exploration activities
I am afraid he is "penny pinching" in Australia to blow the budget in Peru
Therefore we need to expand Board so he cannot be a despotic ruler
