I think a new thread is warranted to discuss Jatcorps move to utilize its Toorak office as not only the Jatcorp head office but a real estate sales office as well.
Toorak is synonymous with wealth and privilege and is still ranked the most expensive suburb in Melbourne with a median house price of $4,455,000 in 2020
There are 81 real estate companies listed on the ASX the biggest one being Goodman Group, around 50 Billion MC.
There seems to be profit in real estate if managed well and Jatcorp seems to be offering a language appropriate service to some big potential buyers.
A comment by one poster seemed to be an effort to belittle the listing numbers and sales records of current Jatcorp real estate representatives.
This is a brand new service and you don't just start with thousands of listings and sales. I for one will be keeping an eye on the listing numbers and sales in the future as I believe this move has huge potential. The fact that it is using the Toorak office as a dual use space is a great economical move as well IMO.
