Not saying that the treatment of all Uighurs is necessarily always 100% correct (is treatment of all Aboriginal Australians always 100% correct?), but how do you ensure 100% correct treatment of folk in an area with seething ethnic tensions in a country of 1.5 billion people? Suppose you believe Xi is aware of and personally ordered any and every abuse anywhere amidst all those 1.5 billion (ie.1500 x a million) people??? Just like Scott Morrison is aware of and personally ordered every inhumane act everywhere in Australia by any and every pettifogging & bigotted Aussie official?
