cheers Grant....I'd love to agree with you on this, but I don't think this spike was entirely down to Morrison or Perrottet - it was very unfortunate timing that omicron landed just as M. was mounting his case for personal responsibility.
sure I think M. continues to be MIA with no apparent involvement in anything that costs money or commitment. and Dom seems to be busy virtue signalling his heart out..... the Messrs Privatisation and Personal Responsibility are kindred spirits y'know. so close that its hard to tell which is Mr P and which Mr PR.... but that might give a hint - the one that continually abrogates responsibility as PM.
still I don't think its his fault. this is one shot in the foot that he didn't hit the mark ---
