In the agreement SYR has to hit all the milestones for Tesla otherwise it a no deal ... therefore if there is any hiccups in development of SYR ... they will need to go back to Tesla to re negotiate ... I'm sure this agreement is already weighted in Tesla favour ... given SYR management track record with the Chinese where SYR was losing money to supply China with graphite ... I am not confident that SYR will do any better with Tesla ...
