Morning star don't research it they just track the SP momentum & trading.
I suppose it's useful if you're a pure momentum trader.
IMVHO a "significant part of todays rise is jus the risk on trade".
Then again I a long term holder.
The 13c range is (historically) important though.
(Could be what morning star is picking up).
