They can do hydroxide but are only doing carbonate because that's what the current prospective buyers want. If someone comes along wanting hydroxide and are willing and able to gazump the others then hydroxide it
will be. The eventual offtaker may start with carbonate and change their processes in favour of hydroxide, and PA will be able to deliver.
