Time will tell about the plant size...but given what seems to be a steep ramp up in graphite demand the 350ktpa plant will probably work out v well. It was a helluva punt by mgmt at the time and caused shareholders a lot of grief through CRs, accompanying dilution and handed the shorters a great few years.
Probably a bit of hindsight bias but something like a 200ktpa plant would've still been massive in terms of single mine output and serviced developing the AAM busines. May have made things more manageable till this point in terms of capex and opex and left plenty of room for latter expansion.
