Good question. Looks like possible competition getting into 3DP's space, which is also further validation for 3DP IMO.

I believe where 3DP differentiates itself with their products is as per their slogan "The world's fastest trueend-to-end 3D data solution."
- Core.
- Analytics.
- Answers.

Here would have certain 3D data sets in their library for use. And I would assume companies could use their services to obtain specific 3DP as needed if the business doesn't obtain their own. Thing is the business would need a subscription with Here and then another subscription with Bentley Systems to access digital Twins and other software. Already you're looking at extra cost and possibly hassle for access. Where as 3DP is all in one depending on need and what products you subscribe to.

Looking at what Here offers besides the 3D data sets it appears to target 'location' more than anything as a market. And in current form based on what Bentley Systems offers software wise isn't exactly what 3DP offers. So the question is will they be able to make something competitive to 3DP's products? And how does 3DP's patents protect them?

3DP seem to continue to win contracts, so unless this starts to change I'm not worried for now.
