Well i believe if lots of you are not comfi with management don't wait for it to become a disaster just act now. The longer you live it the worse it will become.
I may set up a website in January to group sahreholders against managements that don't work to level of sahreholders expectations and help/push their removal.
I have been thinking about it for a while and I am really getting itchy about it.
