At the risk of sounding like a broken vinyl, they're not ramping up. The visible progress will natural speed up towards completion but otherwise everything is progressing as planned. The percentage completion is not a measure of time but a measure of the number of tasks to complete. It has taken about 6 months to tick off about 50% of works but that doesn't mean the remaining 50% will take the same amount of time. "On schedule" means it's all going according to plan. Enough said.
