Based on my understanding/ research (not advice):
CDA is Australia’s leading distributor and wholesaler of Medicinal Cannabis via Clinics and their own Wholesale platform.
They look to be servicing >c.30% of the total Australian Medicinal Cannabis patients and >c.45% of total Medicinal Cannabis products move through its subsidiaries.
Operating currently with a > c.35% blended margin (not including their own products) and a NPAT margin of c.10-15% (which seems to be improving through efficiencies).
CDA’s model and it’s vision far surpasses all other medicinal cannabis companies on the ASX and has the capacity (as a platform) to continue to build it's user integration and stickiness and be the end-to-end platform for GP's, Pharmacies, Distributors and Patients all at once.
CAU will bolster CDA's ability to scale with their executive board/ leadership experience in public markets and already bring their own product line/ expertise to the suite of offerings the total group can offer.
CDA/CAU is a cracker - it should be the highest value Cannabis stock on the ASX in no time.
