I hadn't reviewed the top 20 shareholders for some time and looking at the link for Fintech week I saw a presentation by BNP Parabis (Paris and Netherlands bank) Frances largest institutional bank I believe. Anyway, I remembered that they were a T20 holder and that reminded me to review the T20 holders comparing 2021 to 2020.

This is from 2020 (still listed as ICU)

A subset of the list in 2021:

BNP Parabis downsized their stake by quite a lot. We can also see that Jack Bai sold all of his shares potentially to help fund GST Technologies.

One of the interesting T20 holders is Keong Yew Lim, a member of the Genting family. It's also worth noting that he is also the person behind JOX Holdings.

This is from an AFR article back when iSentric first listed:

"Donaco will retain a majority stake in iSentric, with Donaco co-founder and chairman Lim Keong Yew controlling up to 41.7 per cent of the company. The $1 million minimum raising needed for the float to proceed has already been assured through a commitment from Jox Holdings, an entity associated with Mr Lim, to acquire up to 5 million shares."

His shareholding has been diluted from multiple cap raisings but he is still holding a major stake in the T20. It's interesting that he hasn't sold any of his holdings considering in 2019 he was removed as the CEO of Donaco and he got divorced. Not to mention the settlement of the Genting family feud last year.
