Has anyone else had problems with the roundup option constantly dropping out. This has happened four times in the two years I have had the account and seems impossible to fix manually, so necessitates a call to the help centre. Since I never go into that section unless I notice my roundup amount is lower than it should be, and go into check, I am not deleting a bank account by accident. I will now need to make yet another call.

I think they should also hurry up with the promotional campaign to keep the momentum going before it slides backwards.
