I want good exposure to the lithium, which I might get from in specie plus any listing raising. I like the gold, so if people make a made rush for LLL dumping FFX and the price plunges I'd be more inclined to get more FFX as a potentially cost effective way of getting access to their 20% LLL holding with gold attached.

FFX won't have the red hot commodity, but it has the stated intent of not being a one mine company and gold is gold. Are you thinking of going all in on LLL?
