The generous performance fee based on fund performance seems to go against Alex saying he wants to do all he can to improve the share price relative to NTA. If true then wouldn't he have linked a portion of that $5.5m to be based on how close the share price tracks NTA.
Seems obvious if you really cared, otherwise comes across as a bit of a rort.
