Hey PP,
I had a free carry before that topup. FMG is a very old holding in the portfolio. That $14 top up is now up $21k which is good accretion in such a short period. The plan is to let this winner run for a while longer. Like the few I mentioned in this post Post #: 54928753 I wasn't early enough on FMG to have a large holding and enjoy compound accretion. The top up was a good move to rectify the situation but is far from my cornerstones sizing on NST, EVN etc...
Definitely will preserve the original capital and free carry depending on the price action when we reach the top most overhead resistance. Just a prudent move on cyclical industry like mining. The resulting free carry I hope to hold on to for decades...
