It takes alot of work to set up a minesite where GBG assets are located, you need to set up plant, get the machinery ordered, workcamps for workers, rail infrastructures, port infrastructure in place.
Oh yeah, you also need to hire couple hundreds of competent people to run the site, its not as simple as giving the word go for a minesite to be set up.
production in 3-4 years would seem like a reasonable time.
