Yes, I too believe SCU's MJV is more than supplying a couple of burger shops with a unique vegan recipe and ingredients for burger patties. I look at the Impossible Meats and Beyond Meats businesses and see way more value in the medium term, but Tribeca would know more information than us and they obviously like what they see going by their involvement.

The whole 30 by 30 initiative fits with SCU including CO2 sequestration on the carbon credits front as well.

Bring on the MJV announcement and what ever comes next!
