Signs are more positive than in previous few months.
Think everyone would be more comfortable if price stayed above 4 cents......

Imagine, if SP steady above 4 cents, then when the next big ANN comes out - you would expect a massive run and hopefully consolidate its gains..

A lot of people do try and rate NEU with PRR, and expect NEU to run to mid 20's similar to PRR. We should not really compare the 2 together so closely and wait in vain for this massive climb to happen.

With the US Army backing so strong, there is no reason why NEU would be 30 cents and beyond in next 18 months, management have to play it smart with ANN and relationships. These hollow runs are no good, maybe for day trader in for a quick buck if they are very quick and lucky, but for those many who want to really prosper with this investment, we need solid information and direction!!
