UMC is a good precedent for a case of price manipulation before a TO approach and countless posters comments to this suspicion has not matter one bit to ASIC.
From my own perspective and I haven't sold one share, I maintain that the only change is the share price. The fundamentals has been stronger ever since the rights issue. Someone is shaking the tree real hard aided by the negative sentiment from the Dow in the past week and a bearish chart. This has happened many times on the way to $11.20 and this is no exception. Hold tight long termers and don't let daily noise shake your resolve. Leave the ups and downs to the traders.
