Fellow FEX share holders - upcoming vote is very important. If you have always discarded the mail and thought "whatever", this vote is different. A vote "whatever" gives your vote to a new chairman who has done nothing but nominate an increase in remuneration for him for zero performance. He has already suggested the company should plunge its cash into risky ventures in the DRC (Africa) where he has already presided over a now bankrupt company in the past year. Vote NO. The company was doing well before he arrived.
