You are right, in fact earlier they tried to sell it off at $300m and now getting $335m, not sure if the Latitude SP will hold at $2 for those wanting to cash in......i believe LFS will be around .81c by the time the deal gets signed-delivered......
Anyhow, post split, it will be interesting to see at what price HUM will trade........ So if i have 100 HUM shares post split what will be my holding in HUM and Latitude........if i understood it correctly.
