Not sure who can remember but less than 2 years ago the comnerical arm was being shopped around for 300 M plus.. at 15 times earnings.
The market at the time was only prepared to pay 200 M to my knowledge..... that was based on 10 times NPAT.
Now surely in a new entity, this would list for at least 200 M
200 M plus cash, which is at least 45 cents value. Can anyone see how this could be worth less than this as a standalone?
