I just had a scan of the health direct.gov.au website
An exemption into WA is allowed for "specialist responsibilities for time critical maintenance where the skills are not available on WA."
Given the BRU Ann late last year stated they are waiting on "specialist operators", I'd say they will be granted an exemption.
Anyone reached out to the company to find out? If they hadn't received exemption, id say we'd know by now as they would have updated the market.
