Thats ridiculous....If one referred to a melbourne cup runner called "Crime Scene" as a "Pomme" horse, would that constitute racism too.....I seem to remember when the "Ashes" were on here in Oz in 2006...Ford ran a tv advertising campaign..called "tonk a Pomme" .... I dont think that constituted racism as it ran all summer...the aforementioned nick name for an american is just that a nick name......Can they appeal the decision???
