The problem is the board has not said “do nothing or reject the offer” which they should have … this indicates they are in bed with them and the deal… also note that latitude is getting all the customers and a new cost effective technology stack/platform for next to nothing etc… also a growth business that very shortly will also be in Canada … has been established in Ireland for quite some time and is already live in UK…
