NAF, a geologist will not run a $200M chemical plant. Certainly a great director and and amazing achiever, but there will either be employment of new management/experienced staf for that plant or, more likely, taken over by an experienced operator (S32, IGO, etc.).
A couple of belts and a screen is one thing, chemical reactions, hazardous materials, OSH and quality assurance requirements, etc., etc. are on a different level, orders of magnitude different. My opinion, I could be wrong...
