1. Reject the offer and we hope the business scales internationally and the business gets value and at least work towards NAV. 1.54.
2. Accept the offer and have faith that Latitude with this combined offering, will end up being quite lucrative for shareholders as a combined offering.....
- The existing humm business goes flying..
Ny belief is that all LTH will be up if they are patient here. Remember players will die, and latitude could keep acquiring or Humm does....
I will consider the offer if they can get another 15-20 cents out of the deal...
