Another wild opinion:
It's hard to see it not being effective IV. It's proven effective against burns even against biofilm and anti biotic resistant infections. It's proven in Sinus and in every pre clinical trial. For me the big issue with sepsis was if it was safe IV. Once the dosage gets a little higher and it's still tolerable I reckon it's in the bag! Start planning retirement!
