Gizmo you are missing the point. Why don't you call EXT and have a friendly chat to them and ask them if they have had any formal takeover offers??
Their answer will be NO.
Never believe a journalist 100% as their aim is to sell the story.
It is a different story to see a company announcement though as that you can probably believe.
