Hangseng, it is very interesting chart. And it is confirming my TA per below.
As per my calculations, if TA (only, no other factors) is correct, around 18th November we should see PEN trading around ~0.06
TA used = RSI, slow Stochastic & MACD (12,26) & MACD EMA(9) + Bollinger band
Above is purely based on TA and NO other factors.
